Please tell him thanks for his service from this retired Air Force NCO and officer. I have a large tattoo of a dragon on my forearm and the AF didn't have a problem with it when I enlisted. When I went to officers school, the commander hated it, said it wasn't "becoming to an officer" and made me wear long sleeves while in the 12 week school in San Antonio during the summer.
Be very proud of him!
