I made a few measurements this evening on the tie rods and castings. I believe the large end of the taper was originally 0.750". On the casting bores I'm getting measurements anywhere from 0.755" to 0.810" (ouch!). So some kind of rebore is in order. I'm going to contact Spyder Offroad about their taper inserts, and report back what I find.
