Hi Ron,
It was a duece and a half winch that was crudely grafted to the frame, with much cutting and welding to the frame. I decided the easiest fix was to replace the frame. Dont tell anyone, but I sanded the old serial number off the donor frame and restamped it with the original serial number.
I really like the blue as well.
