1954 M-37 Dodge Truck

Found a 54 M37 for sale locally. Pic link attached. Here is what the ad says.

1954 M-37 Dodge Truck
Very clean & solid, has a
spun main bearing. Repaired
price $3500 or..$2500.

Looks pretty good to me but I don't know much about these. I'd love to have one as I really like the look. Any thoughts on this one? Is that a fair price?
