If both set of ring & pinion gears are cut the same and both the front and rear output shafts are rotating in the same direction, that means the two pinion gears are turning ing in opposite directions according to gear cut,am I correct? then that would make the front ring & pinion gear teeth turn and mesh when driving forward just as the rear set would in reverse, Correct? What am I missing here? Am I correct in assuming both set of gears can't be making the same pressure contact when engaged or should I say no matter what direction you travel , one set will be making gear contact with the strongest driving tooth contact while the other will be in the reverse mode contact ?
