61% is what the ( factory ) pto turns at on a PW ( 1000rpm at the engine crank would be 610rpm at the pto driveshaft)I don't know what the final drive ratio is on the winch or at the tire. And as mentioned earlier, the ratio on the winch will change as the drum spools up with cable and increasing the drum diameter. You have 8 fwd gear ratios on the truck, I'm sure one of them will come close with the final drive ratio of the winch its just a matter of finding the right one, to which I think would be either low 1st or 2nd gear.
