I have the 5.9 gas motor in my 2000 Ram 1500. At 7000 miles it started leaking oil and antifreeze. So far it has had the front main seal done twice along with a new vibration damper. The thermostat gasket as well as a new radiator have also been done. It will be back at the dealer on Tuesday with 10,300 miles on it to fix the same oil leak again. Other than that it's a nice truck to drive, when I have it. Looking into the Lemon Law now. I sure am glad I kept my 79 Power Wagon. Sure it leaks oil, but it has over 200,000 miles on the old 318. I could build a real nice Power Wagon with what I paid for the Ram. Good Luck
