Yes, the front diff will work in the rear, AND an M37 diff will fit in a Power Wagon, front or rear. An M37 rear axle assembly WILL NOT fit a Power Wagon, mostly because the track widths are different, and I think the spring mounts are in different locat1ons. Have fun! Greg
