Wheel Swapping Question

Does anyopne know if the budd wheels of a 87 ford f350 will fit my 69 W300 ? Also will my 69 W300 budd wheels fit on to the 87 ford. The lug holes line up but without actually trying I can't tell if the wheels clear the drums or calipers. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
