...20 inch combat rims...

..I have located a set of 4 20 inch combat rims and am going to try to purchase them for a needy forum member,,,what is the most that should be paid ,,,,they are in just OK condition and could be tanked and stripped and redone real easy.....any thoughts???.......Britt in Cool
