Hey, I was wondering if I could get any reccommendations on lifts for when I start my project. I was planning on going 4" suspension, 3" body. If I were to go to a 6" or 8" suspension with the big pack o' leafs instead of blocks, would the ride be different? Also, does the body lift make anything stiffer or less comfortable on the road? I was thinking of going maybe 6 and 2 or just plain 8 if the price was right, but I don't know what makes things ride worse. Also, I heard that you have to do a bit of welding with the body kit on the steering wheel shaft thingy-ma-bobber and something else. Is it necessary for 1-2" lifts as well? Oh, and I'm talking later era PW's, like 78, 79, or 80s Power Rams. Thanks.
