Door Alignment Help???

Finally got front passenger door bolted back on. Left bolts loose, fit door shut, tightened from inside. Is this the way to align a door? I would like to do some finer adjusting. Got any pointers? I've never done ANYTHING like this before. The truck has 3 horizontal bolts on top where hinge connects to door and 3 horizontal bolts on bottom where hinge connects to door. The truck is a 61' W200 Crew Cab. Thanks in advance!!
