Look at the Helitool site (www.helitool.com) disc brake conversion page. It has a nice shot of how to route the rear axle brake lines.
Routing the lines under a u-bolt may permit the line to be cut by the u botl/spring in the future. Not safe.
Take your time and maybe replace all the lines while you're at it. Good luck.
