Chad Taylor of Mount Pleasant, UT built a swivel frame truck last year using a 3/4 ton Dodge frame and axels. I saw him do a quarter roll with it, but a half roll would break the rear drive shaft. He actually broke his rear drive shaft on the Golden Spike trail last Easter when the truck exceeded a quarter roll. He is now in the process of building another swivel frame truck which will have the rear drive shaft going through the center of the swivel. If there are no other obstructions, such as brake lines or wiring, he should be able to do a full 360 degree roll with the rear half of that truck. I hope to see this truck this Easter in Moab, UT if he finishes it in time.
