WTK: appraisal of '71 Power wagon

I have a 1971 dodge power wagon with a 360 motor. it is an automatic, it is stepside, it has a 4" lift with custom rims. In excellenct condition. Motor has 10,000 miles drivetrain and tranny has 3,000 miles on it.
