some overseas powerwagons had swinging pedals. they were the wm300 style that were made up to the middle 70s in foreign markets. they had power brakes, slant sixes and hanging pedals. the newest old style pw in the us is believed to be a 71. the owner of the rig or the guys at vpw might be able to confirm that 71 has swinging pedals or not.
