Interesting idea, I notice a lot of propane powered vehicles filling up at the local propane distributer. I once asked the people there and they told me it usually runs between $1000 and $3000 for the conversion depending on the vehicle. I would be a little nervous on long trips or trying to find a place at night to fill up, but for running around town, I guess it works fine.
