brake drums-- what is the inside diameter

i need to have drums turned and i need to have the specs to determine usability. if you have the spec, where did it come from as the cutter might ask. i am going to have the drums turned with the hubs on. my heavy truck (whites and macks) are turned on the hub with the wheel and rims on too. any reason m-37 drums shouldn't be done this way???
