Yes! It is the same master cylinder as is used on early 1960s dodge trucks for the single system brakes! Any good parts house can supply you with either a rebuilt or new unit! I would recommend a rebuild kit for the slave cylinder (on the bell housing, passenger side) too! then flush out and bleed with good DOT 3 brake fluid! It will work for years! Don't forget to set pedal freeplay of
approx 1" at pedal before the actuator rod engages the master cylinder spool.
