I had a similar problem with my w-100. I could depress the clutch pedal and shift, but after a few seconds, the clutch would engage even with the pedel completely depressed. Fluid levels were normal. I replaced the clutch slave cylinder with no luck. I finally broke down and paid NAPA $95 bucks for a new clutch master cylinder. I could have went for a rebuild kit but on something this important, I try to get the best. Problem was solved and it has not give me any problems since.
