Just yard stick it as high as you can, It's not height that matters, it's horizontal separation. With tires that large, and a low rider, I can't see you not getting enough length.
Or maybe use a stick, held vertical against the side of the tire forward of the wheel, draw a pencil line on the pavement, repeat at rear, repeat on the other tire. Back the bus away, connect the lines with a straight edge, measure the toe of the lines? Try to be drafts-man accurate.
And/or, call around to find a 'scuff gauge'. It lies on the floor, you drive over it, and some saw-tooth edges get forced in or out by the tire toe.
