Well stated Greg. I know the feeling about working with your boys. No greater feeling except for the first time you see them at birth. I've gone one better and have involved a grandson with working on the trucks and he's only 9. Three generations all learning together towards a common goal. It's to bad that more of that doesn't go on in today's world. I never profess to be an expert but I will pass along what I've picked up along the way that works.
