9. Newly elected members of Congress must serve a 90 day probationary period. Upon completion of 90 working days, their employer (the voting public) reviews their performance. If they have performed up to their promise, they get to keep their job. If not, they get fired and a new employee (Congressman) gets elected to fill their position.
I believe the president should also abide by the same rules. And, each party should have at least two candidates for any election. This whole "one candiate per party" idea limits choices and forces people to settle upon voting for the lessor of two evils.
