The structural Engineer who designed the planks will have a drawing showing how and where you can attach hangers and supports for lights, pipes, etc.
If this is also for the floor, allow for a spot load of 9,000 lbs for your lift, in the engineering phase.
Don't use a generic kit or plank, be sure the planks are use specific for your building.
