That is because you are entering the danger zone. M 37s always like to give a warning when you are entering take off speed. When you are below 35 there is no need to worry about speed as you are now slow enough for the brakes to actually work properly and at that spedd you should be looking for new trucks anyway and laughing at all other attempts at 4wd.
