I don't have much experience with the PW, but I would suggest that instead of just being another company that sells parts, that you go the next step and do some rebuilding of parts. In other words, sell a rebuilt differential, or a rebuilt transmission or transfer case, engines, radiators, etc.
That's what's missing. There are a lot of places to get new or used parts, but nat anyone that really has an exchange capacity for major parts.
