Thanks for all the good input. I have lots to consider. Up here outside town limits there are virtually no zoning laws. In some areas just a mile or so out of town back on the gravel and dirt roads every few homes might have a "wrecking yard" with 4-10 non running vehicles sitting in the yard.

I'll continue to do my research and post how things go.
