1948 Dodge Pilot-House B1D (1 ton) two wheel drive truck, updated over the years
The truck starts and runs well without smoke. The truck has a newer flat head six cylinder engine. The braking system has been updated with DOT 5 silicone brake fluid, new shoes, wheel cylinders, hoses, and lines. The exhaust system is in good condition. The front shocks are new, as is the center link and tire rods.
The dump bed is run from the PTO mounted on the side of the 4-speed transmission. The front seat is from a 59 Dodge truck, in good condition, but does have a open seam on the drivers side. The gas gauge does not work, and the gas tank has a leak when about half full. The drivers side vent window needs to be replaced - a good used one is included. The drivers side window has a crack, the rest of glass is unbroken.
Spare parts include two vent windows, and the two rounded corner windows.
The truck is a 2 wheel drive truck.
