A local contractor above the damage bulldozed a path 100 yds long down one of the roads but's it's only passable with jeep or truck. Frank already took my m37 down the new part to visit a friend who is also stranded. He is very lucky, young guy with a full machine shop in his own business. Stream took out about 30 yds of material and stopped right at the shop foundation. One side building is hanging over the river. They lost a bulldozer, a chevy pick up, and shed full of chainsaws etc. Their house is right on the river now as is the 2 shop buildings. One of the shops has Frank's WDX cab in it. He gave me directions to get there, a very round about route starting in Springfield VT about 20 miles away, finishing on the new bulldozed road the local fellow made just this morning. But now they need diesel fuel which is 40 miles away in NH, maybe. No operating businesses in that part of VT, they are all on the rivers in the valleys. I have to find out about another power wagon guy, Jason Marceaux in Mt Holly who has a number of trucks and his auto body shop on a river too. I saw a you tube video of that neighborhood and it didn't look good at all. The camera view would have his place behind tape.
