Is it a dual disc setup?? The one I have is susposd to rattle when it is disengaged, the metal disc inbetween the 2 fiber discs becomes loose when it has no clutch pressure and rattle along with the metal disc, if you have a single disc not sure what the prob is, they have had some updates to there due to noise, not sure if the noise reports were from the single disc apps?? Goodle SBC noisy clutch reports or complaints or something like that on the dodge cummins truck sites, some sent the offending clutch back and got updates
