I dont believe there is one 'best' B3.9. A lot depends on what you find available at a price you can afford. Myself, I use only CPL 857 B3.9's. I got mine at a good price and the JWAC works well. CAC will be very difficult in a PW/WC, no issue in a M37 or W200/W300

There are no motor mounts off shelf available. All mounts and any cross members will need to be fabricated for your job.

I suggest you search in the archives using Cummins as the search word or refine that some. I just looked and there is over 6000 hits. Lots of good info has been posted over the years.
