I managed to re-cycle a couple pressure lines by cutting the nuts off the end, installing the needed nuts, and re-flaring the tube. Plus a bit of careful re-bending. One pressure hose needed to be lengthened by 36" with a piece of Bundyflex, plus a piece bent to make up a return line.
It's all used components, and they all work and are oil tight. PS box, pump, pully, hydroboost w/ master and hoses set me back about $250.
Tomorrow I'll screw in a couple VW brake light switches and bleed the brakes. See if the mater works too. I'm using the VW switches because I like the flat spade connectors. Two switches, for the dual brake system.
Maybe tomorrow I'll hook up a real brake return spring, get rid of the bongee cord?
