Goose neck trailer conversion

Someone here converted a Kaufman tag-a-long style trailer to a goose neck. I did a search and could not find it. Seems to me I remember some pictures, etc. of the conversion. Anyone else remember this?

I'm planning to do the same thing to my Kaufman trailer and would like some ideas. I always figure there's no reason to reinvent the wheel.
