The front of my frame was bent on both sides, one side up and the other outwards. I pulled it all back into place without too much trouble (although it took a while). First I ground away the broken welds at top of cross-member, then used a chain attached to the frame behind the front cross-member over a hydraulic jack and bolted to the bumper supports and jacked it into place. Next used a high-lift jack as a clamp to pull the front together and re-welded it, then replaced the broken rivets with grade 8 bolts.
