It's something wierd. There must be some relay not kicking in. Some low voltage switch or something, there aren't any re-set breakers I can see. I'll probably have to remove all the side covers and really get down to it. There is one circuit board which I think controls the tig circuits. Seems to me the AC part would always work? Anyway like you say, I just need to grab my VOM meter and test around to see what's really going on.
