OK Bill, had to look this up. In 53 when Kaiser took over, the pickup and station wagons had an optional 'Super Hurricane' L head 226 with 105hp & 190tq till 63 went they got an OHC 230 with 140hp & 210tq for a couple of years. Might have been the AMC engine... don't know. I didn't know they had an OHC!! Always sumpin new ):°)
