Helitool (Ray's) disk brake kits come with the
caliper mounting plates formed ready to mount calipers. They are designed for the chevy calipers and chevy rotors. Its all Plug N Play. Any other route will require tremendous fab abd machine shop work.
Any steering column/wheel can be used with the Saginaw Reverse Rotation power Steering box. You can buy a steering Universal Joint that will adapt from the box to steering column. Again, its all Fab work. My Power Giant has a GM steering column with canceling turn signals on a Dodge Saginaw PS Box.
