I can't figure it out...was thinking Ford by the spare carrier and the swooped hood shape on the cowl, but the windshield is too streamline and there is only a single body line so that got me thinking Studebaker....doors and the windshield height don't fit... unless I am missing something and this is a Dodge truck and has the rear doors I need....AAAARGH.
