axles are bolted to a bearing carring crossmember and the ends of the springs just sit on top of the axles, there are also torque rods involved
I donot think wdx frame is strong enuff and you would have to get the crossmember with the bogie set up off of a wc63
you could probably do it with a spring pack on each axle with a joint hanger between the two, but you would need probably to beef up the frame
