Thanks, Glen. I fought that problem on my ,68 W300. It came from the factory with a Dana 70 front and rear. The rear was built narrower for duals. I wanted to go to singles so I had to build a pair of 2 1/2" spacers to offset the wheels in the rear so they would line up with the fronts. Turns out that was exactly what Dodge did with the trucks people wanted singles on. I'm surprised if this '55 is a factory built truck that they didn't equip it with some sort of spacers.
