There used to be a very similar one sitting at a business yard in Oregon City, OR right off I-205 and OR 213. Never saw it moved. Looked very much like this one and I wanted to make a trip to check it out. I was always pulling 48',53' or double chip trailers when I was through there so I couldn't exactly stop. After making that trip off and on for a few years suddenly there was new construction underway and it was long gone. Always sorry I wasn't able to check it out.
BTW, the bed on my '67 W200 looked the same as this one when I pulled the plywood out of it. Dad said the rig was in worse shape than I realized and he was right.
