I had a similiar problem. 1995 Truck would not start if parked in the garage over night. Using Lift pump would restore truck to running. Turned out that any up hill slope (like garage) would casue the problem. Was a small amount of air getting in a line, the air would let the fuel drain back to towards the tank. The repair shop guy knew what it was when I called. If I can remmember I think it was a flexible fuel line on the engine passenger side, around the manifold and waste gate. To much heat. He replaced the line and rerouted it away from heat.
