Im being held on duty due to the extreme temps and fire danger. The little local community about 4 miles from my fire house has a 4th of July parade every year. It is litterally a 3/4 of a mile circle on three streets. And there are approximately 150 people from the community that line the streets as we circle them twice. We traditionally get our fire engine in it to be part of the community. So as much as I'd love to be drivin my Power Wagon in a parade, if not, the next best thing is drivin my fire engine.
