may not be totally wrong to call a Dodge a jeep. one story goes that early on the Dodge 1/2 ton 4x4s were first to get the nickname "Jeep". the when the Willys and Ford came out they called those "peeps". Then when the 3/4 ton WCs came out they started calling them Beeps (short for Big Jeep)and the Peeps became Jeeps. I call them Peeps sometimes. a more fitting name. ;/)
