WC-56 running rough

I have a '44 WC56 and just recently got it out for July 4th parade readiness. The truck runs rough and dies under load. Truck only runs with choke out and still has no power. The carb is getting plenty of fuel from electric pump. I took the carb off to soak in some cleaner, but am afraid it is not a coarb problem. Any help would be a helpful.
