i don't know if you can adjust a power steering box. i checked tonight and found the frame to helitool bolts loose. tightened them up and will check the power steering box to bracket allen bolts tomorrow. thanks to everyone. not sure if its fixed, but i have eliminated one possible cause. going to spend some time retightening under the truck tomorrow.
