But I really shouldn't kid. Us troglodytes ought to stick together.
But the reality is, these trucks are so old school that Napa doesn't even have a head gasket any more. They could get a full set, in a week, from Skokee Illinois. Sheesh, makes me feel OLD.
Even John Compton at Border Parts told me he could get one in a week or so. He used to be the local go-to guy for FFPW and military stuff. Not no more.
John has been telling people that he could have it "Next Tuesday" for almost 40 years now. I guess he'll never change.
