Was at the Rally in '93 and remember it as one of the most dangerous things I've ever seen. An M-37 braced against a tree at the top of the slope with it's winch cable hooked to the front of the W500 wrecker, pulling it up the muddy slope. The dangerous part was all the people lined up along the narrow trail taking pictures. Still makes me shudder to think what could've happened if that cable had snapped.
