The PWs did require a small mod to the mid section to clear the 2 speed transfer case parking brake. It's just a sort of dimple in the floor. If you can weld in the floor section, adding the dimple won't be hard- if you even need it.
Those sections do rot out because they are low and hold water. I would suspect that was why your's was cut out. So finding a usable one is probably not easy. You probably ought to grab Nicks unit. I've got a gutted cab if you need pics of the dimple.
