I took the inlet apart a little bit ago and found a piece of crud, kinda looked like dead grass. Removed it and it runs great now back down to 17 to 18 inches.

In the first post i did write pounds and mean inches.

Chris, you were right.

I have 4 lifters ticking so i will adjust those this week and finish putting it all back together.
